August long weekend is the last long weekend of the summer. This means no more beaches or trips to the cabin for the rest of the year! Here at Candie & Dolls, we like to go out with a bang! Here's some of our favorite outfits, put together especially for the long weekend.
The first outfit is for a casual evening with its subdued summer colours, light fabrics and skinny jeans. You can dress it up and hit a patio on Corydon or wear it to an outdoor event like Ballet in the Park. RWB's annual free summer show returns tonight through Friday at the Lyric Theatre!

Temperatures are expected to rise on the weekend and the next outfit works well for a day in the sun. You can wear it to the beach (it is a fantastic cover-up) or with leggings and a printed scarf to a BBQ. The dress has a cutout in the back that adds a feminine touch to this fun piece!
